Original Book Synopsis can be found here.

It started with unspoken animosity. The bitter bite of jealousy. And now its full blown hate.

It was during my first football game that I first felt the first chill of hate. I looked it right in the eyes and felt its sticky tentacles reach out for me. I’d never experienced something so cold and empty before.

The effect of that look lingered, like an unspoken promise, long after it was gone.

Becoming a couple – becoming the other half of a campus celebrity wasn’t easy. I let down walls guarding my heart and he looked past my glasses and accident prone tendencies. Romeo and I are an unlikely match, a #nerd and a jock. But we made it.

And we’re happy.

Zach doesn’t want us to be happy. He wants Romeo to pay for getting him kicked out of Omega and for the night he spent in jail. He’s going to use anything and everything he can to get his revenge. Including me.

As the weather on campus grows cold and the days become dark, revenge becomes the center of someone’s life and the happiness Romeo and I worked so hard for is threatened.

I can’t help but worry that our love is going to be overshadowed by hate.

The Review:

And we’re back with #nerd squad!

#Hater has it all the reunion of Romeo and Rimmel, Rimmel and Ivy, Rimmel and Braeden and the return of Zach.  Zack is the bad guy that nobody likes… he just doesn’t realize it.

If you’re looking for a book that has drama, romance and sex then this is it.  There are twists and turns that keep you guessing.  I love the amount of drama that is in this because it’s not something that I see on campus… (though you know that there is bound to be something going on!)  Maybe that’s because I go to a school with no football team, not sure but this series is amazing!

On another note I’m not sure who Rimmel dislikes more by the end of this book, Zach or Romeo’s mother, or maybe the Buzzboss (#hatersgonnahate!).  Talk about daggers and heat flying, not sure if I just plain wouldn’t want to be in the room or be a fly on the wall to witness the sparks firsthand.

Speaking of sparks flying, just wait and see what is going to be happening in future books.  My #Player Review is coming up soon so you will be able to see the continuation of Romeo and Rimmel.

This book had me running for the next one as soon as I finished it. Not gonna lie, the book could have been 500 pages and I probably wouldn’t have complained and still have read it in less than a day.
